Bible Verse Reflection
Our world is in an age where the wicked seem to be prospering more than the godly. However, our Lord assures us that this life is nothing compared to the glory that is coming to us. We have a blessed hope that is anchored and secured in Christ, and an inheritance that is guaranteed for us in heaven.
Let us seek God, embracing His eternal perspective and trusting with all our hearts His unfailing love. We must not let the success stories of the ungodly and our circumstances to make us doubt God’s goodness. Instead, let’s praise Him for His marvelous works. He has saved us through grace and made us part of His family. He also covered us with Christ’s royal robe.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, I thank You for reminding me in the psalms of how wicked men can be on a slippery slope towards destruction unless they repent and turn to Christ for their salvation. I am grateful to You, Lord, for Your unfailing goodness and grace toward me. I pray that I will draw closer to You, proclaim the marvelous works of God in this land of the living, and know that my days are in Your hands, and that my future is in heaven. Amen.
