For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. — John 3:20 KJV

Reflection
The beauty of this passage lies in its implicit invitation to step into the light. While the light exposes our imperfections, it also offers the promise of transformation. When we bring our deeds into the light, we allow God to work in us, to cleanse us, and to lead us toward a life of greater integrity and truth.
We are encouraged to live transparently, embracing the light of Christ that reveals and heals. It is in the light that we find true freedom and the courage to live in accordance with God’s will. Remember that though stepping into the light may be daunting, it is where we find grace, forgiveness, and the opportunity to grow closer to God.
Let us pray for the strength to bring all aspects of our lives into the light, trusting in God’s mercy and His power to renew us.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, give me the courage to step into Your light. Help me to trust in Your mercy and to believe that Your light, while it may expose my faults, also brings healing and transformation. I pray for the strength to bring every aspect of my life into the open, to live with integrity and transparency before You and others.
Thank You, Lord, for Your great love and for the promise of renewal. As I walk in Your light, tech me to be a reflection of Your truth and love to those around me. Guide my steps and purify my heart, that I may live a life that honors You.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
