For we walk by faith, not by sight. — 2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV
For we live by faith, not by sight. — 2 Corinthians 5:7 NIV
Bible Verse Reflection
The person who is a believer uses obstacles in life as step-stones. Faith permits obstacles to be transformed into opportunities, and the wounds which are inflicted serve as an expression of the grace God pours onto our lives with incredible in abundance. When we walk in faith, we stay in communion with the Lord and are able to become healers and provide peace in the lives of those who are facing similar challenges.
Faithful living often is a way of contrasting the apparent reality of this false, fake and failing world with the reality that is hidden real, glorious, eternal and heavenly things, which are promised to us in Christ.
The person who is happy recognizes that faith isn’t only required to be saved and is a necessary component to live a victorious Christian life. Living by faith is that we believe in everything God has revealed to us in his Word.
My Prayer
Thank You, Father in Heaven, for my salvation. I ask You to help me in walking by conviction, living with faith, and to pray with confidence, and rely on everything found in your Words of Truth.
I ask that I let go of myself and my own capabilities and completely rely upon You, and your steadfast grace in all that I do and say. This is what I pray in Jesus the name. Amen.
