Reflection
We should continually seek to serve others rather than seeking self-glorification. It means listening more than speaking, valuing others’ perspectives, and recognizing our own limitations which involves a daily surrender to God’s will, trusting that His plans are higher than ours.
Let us pray for the grace to embody humility in our lives. Always remember that true greatness in God’s kingdom is not measured by power or prestige but by our willingness to serve and love others selflessly. And by doing so, we will experience the abundant grace that God so generously bestows upon the humble, drawing us closer to Him and to one another.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, I pray for the grace to submit to the guidance of those You have placed in my life as mentors and leaders. Give me a teachable spirit, willing to learn and grow under their wisdom. Protect me from the deceit of pride that blinds me to my own faults and hinders my relationship with You.
Thank You, Father, for the promise that You give grace to the humble. I surrender my heart to You, trusting that Your plans for me are good and perfect. Mold me into a vessel of Your love and truth so I might bring glory to Your name in everything that I do.
